Viime jouluna koko Vilsken perhe sai onnea nauttia monista hetkistä yhdessä, emmekä ole vielä pystyneet jakamaan kanssasi ja me haluaisimme että te tolisitte myös onnea nauttimaan niistä.
Aloitimme ottamalla meidan joulua vastaan marraskuun viimeisenä perjantaina. Me juhlimme suurta juhlia yhdessä! Ensin puutarhassa, jossa kaikki yhdessä, perheet myös, kuuntelimme joulurauhanjulistusta ja lauloimme mukavia joululauluja. Sitten lapset ja opettajat viettävät innokkaasti joulun rauhallista pikkujoulua, jossa kaikki voisimme tuntea joulun henkeä nauttia rauhallisesta ja kiireettömästä päivästä, jossa kaikki oli suunniteltu lapsille nauttimaan suurimmasta osasta rauhaa ja rakkautta, joka aina tuo meille joulua. Lapset eivät tienneet, että tämä oli vasta alkua ja että kun olimme valmistautumassa vapaapäivien saapumiseen, löydämme itsemme kolmen tonttu-oven saapuessa, joissa oli paljon tunteita, yllätyksiä ja uusia asioita.
Ensimmäisten tonttu-oven saapuminen osui samaan viikkoon, jolloin juhlimme Suomen itsenäisyyttä ja kuinka onnekas me olimmekaan sillä sen ansiosta pystyimme löytämään monia asioita maastamme.
Tonttu antoi meille tehtävän, jonka tarkoituksena oli auttaa häntä täyttämään pisteitä jotka hänen leppäkerttu menetti. Me tarvitsimme vastattava kysymyksiin jotka liittyvät kulttuuriin ja maahan, ja voisimme palauttaa hänen pisteet. Lisäksi huomasimme että leppäkerttu on maan kansallinen hyönteinen! Esimerkiksi meidän oli vastattava kysymyksiin, kuten kansalliset eläimet, mitä eläin on vaakunassamme, mitä kieliä puhutaan Suomessa tai mitä värejä kansallinen lippu on. Pienien kanssa vastaukset olivat hyvin hauskoja jotkut heistä uskoivat että kilpissämme voit löytää virtahepo.. VIRTAHEPO!
Onneksi isot oli hyvin selkeät vastaukset ja selitti muille pienille jotka löysimme meidan vaakunassa se on leijona. Mutta ei vain, kaikkien joukossa myös löydämme että Suomessa puhumme kahta virallista kieltä: suomi ja ruotsi, että meidan lippu on valkoinen ja sininen ja että kansallinen eläimemme ei ole muu kuin ruskea karhu. Lopuksi, sen kanssa mitä me opimme voisimme auttaa leppäkerttä löytämään seitsemän pistettä jotka hän menetti. Jotta voisimme yllättää meidan tonttun!
Tällä viikolla juhlimme itsenäisyyspäivää meidan päiväkodissa. Aloitimme lipun nostamisen pihalla ja vierailun presidentti Sauli Niinistö ja ensimmäinen nainen Jenni Haukio. Mikä suuri kunnia! Heidän kanssaan voisimme katsoa meidan videon yhteenvedon kaikista valokuvista vuodesta 2018 ja sitten harjoitella meidan seuraavaa joulujuhla. Vaikka presidenttimme ja vaimo olivat hyvin tärkeä tuomaristo, lapsemme tekivät suuren työn ja jättivät kaikki suun auki.
Joulukuun toinen viikko me olimme yllättyneitä saapuessa meidän toisesta tonttuovesta. Sen vieressä löysimme kirjeen jossa meidän tonttu kutsui meidät löytää joulun todellinen henki, aineettomia lahjoja. Hän halusi että me kaikki opimme nauttia kaikista näistä aineettomista lahjoista joka täyttää meidät niin emotionaalisesti kuten esimerkiksi: anna kaverille hali kun hän tarvitsee, antaa apua perheillemme kun heillä on paljon työtä, ruokkia metsäeläimiä kun heillä on ongelmia löytää ruokaa, mene siliita pienet kun he menevat nukuu päivääunissa tai mene laulamaan piristää päivä hieman yhteisön vanhimmista. Löysimme toimimme että nämä lahjat eivät ainoastaan edistä vastaanottajaa mutta myös täyttäkää sydän, joka antaa heille.
Samaan aikaan tällä viikolla niin erikoinen, voimme myös näyttää perheillemme mitä olimme työskennelleet ja tehneet . Me pystyimme heidän kanssaan kaunis Joulujuhlat, missä me kaikki tunnemme hyvin palkittu näemme kaikki ponnistuksemme muistimme joulun kappaleet ja teatterit, he olivat olleet sen arvoista. Me jaamme perheidemme kanssa kaunis juhla minkä me kaikki tulemme muistamaan.
Viime viikolla ennen vapaapäiviä me kaikki olemme hyvin onnekkaita saatuaan uuden tottuoven, vieressä jonka löysimme kirje ja mukava saunatonttu odotin ahdistusta löytää. Mikä sattuma, samaan aikaan uuden oven saapumisen Wilma ja Tresa olivat jääneet uimaan. Aivan kuten se on tehty Espanjassa, Tresa oli ymmärtänyt että he menevät nauttimaan päivästä rannalla tai uima-altaalla erittäin lämpimässä paikassa, mutta ... miten väärin hän oli! Wilma ja saunatonttu kutsutaan Teresa nauttimaan päivän saunasta ja uimasta jäävedessä, jäävedessä!
Alussa Tresalla ei ollut mitään selvää... Pelkäsin hyvin kuumana saunassa ja hyvin kylmässä vedessä, mutta Wilma pystyi opettamaan sama aikaa kun hän lukee kirjain Tresalle, koska hänen ei tarvitse pelätä. Hän alkoi jakaminen hänen kanssaan kaikki mitä tarvitset saunapäivään, ja he opettivat hänelle paljon kauniita kappaleita jotka saavat meidät tuntemaan valtavan halun juosta nauttimaan saunapäivästä. Ennen viimeistelyä Wilma ja kaikki lapset olivat vakuuttaneet Tresan että me ansaitsimme viikko rentoutuminen ja hauskaa saunassa ennen kuin aloitat ansaittuja Joululomat.
Lopulta meillä oli suuri yllätys joulupukista ja kaikista hänen tonttut. Viimeinen päivä löydämme alla joulukuusta monet joululahjat niin, että kaikki Vilsken lapset voisivat nauttia heistä lomien jälkeen. Siellä oli: kuorma-autot, polkupyörät, skootterit, moottoripyörät ... Mikä kaunis yllätys!
Aloitamme uuden vuoden suurella innolla ja ilolla, ja haluamme jatkaa työtämme rakkaudella ja kunnioittamalla lapsia ja säilyttämällä nämä kauniit arvot jotka joulu jätti meidät sydämessämme. Toivomme, että meillä on paljon uusia asioita jotka kertovat sinulle pian.

La pasada Navidad toda la familia de Vilske tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de muchos momentos juntos que todavía no hemos podido compartir con vosotros y que nos encantaría que también tuvierais la suerte de disfrutar.
Empezamos dando la bienvenida a la navidad el último viernes de noviembre con una gran fiesta. Primero en el jardín donde todos juntos, familias incluidas, escuchábamos nuestro manifiesto navideño y cantábamos bonitas canciones. A continuación, niños y maestros continuábamos entusiasmados nuestra fiesta a la que llamamos la paz de navidad donde todos pudimos empezar a sentir el verdadero espíritu de la navidad, gozando de un día tranquilo y sin prisas donde todo estaba pensado para que los niños disfrutaran al máximo de la paz y el amor que nos trae siempre consigo la navidad. Lo que no sabían los niños, es que esto era solo el comienzo y que mientras nos preparábamos para la llegada de las vacaciones nos iríamos encontrando con la llegada de tres puertas de nuestros elfos que vendrían cargadas de muchas emociones, sorpresas y cosas nuevas por aprender.
La llegada de la primera puerta coincidió con la semana en la que celebramos la independencia de Finlandia, que suerte tuvimos que gracias al elfo que habita en ella pudimos descubrir muchas cosas de nuestro país. El elfo nos encomendó un trabajo que consistía en ayudarle a completar las manchas que su mariquita, el insecto nacional, había perdido. Para ello, debíamos responder preguntas relacionadas con la cultura y el país como por ejemplo: cuáles son nuestros animales nacionales, que animal se encuentra en nuestro escudo, que idiomas se hablan en Finlandia o que colores componen nuestra bandera nacional. Con los pequeños las respuestas fueron de lo más divertidas, algunos de ellos creían que en nuestro escudo podías encontrar un hipopótamo… ¡Un hipopótamo! Por suerte, los más mayores tenían las respuestas muy claras y les explicaron a los más pequeños que en el escudo el animal que encontramos es un león. Pero no solo eso, entre todos también descubrimos muchas otras cosas, descubrimos además que en Finlandia hablamos dos lenguas oficiales: el finés y el sueco, que nuestra bandera es blanca y azul y que nuestro animal nacional no es otro que el oso pardo. Finalmente con el conocimiento de todos pudimos ayudar a la mariquita a encontrar los siete puntos que había perdido y darle una grata sorpresa a nuestro elfo.
Esta misma semana celebramos el día de la independencia en nuestro jardín de infancia. Empezamos alzando la bandera en nuestro patio y recibiendo la visita de nuestro presidente Sauli Niinistö y nuestra primera dama Jenni Haukio, ¡qué gran honor! Con ellos pudimos compartir un video resumen con todas las fotografías de 2018 y a continuación ensayar nuestra próxima fiesta de navidad. Aunque nuestro presidente y primera dama fueron un jurado muy importante, nuestros niños lo hicieron de maravilla y les dejaron a todos con la boca abierta.
La segunda semana de diciembre nos sorprendimos con la llegada de la segunda puerta de nuestros elfos. En ella encontramos una carta en la que nuestro elfo nos invitaba a descubrir el verdadero espíritu de la navidad, lejos de los regalos materiales. Deseaba que todos aprendiéramos a disfrutar de todos esos regalos inmateriales que tanto nos llenan emocionalmente, como por ejemplo: dar un abrazo a un amigo cuando este lo necesita, brindar ayuda a nuestras familias cuando estas tienen mucho trabajo, dar de comer a los animales del bosque cuando tienen problemas para encontrar comida, hacer compañía a los más pequeños durante la siesta o salir a cantar para animar un poco el día de los más mayores de nuestra comunidad. Y descubrimos que estos regalos no solo aportan al que los recibe, sino que además llenan el alma de quien los regala.
Coincidiendo con esta semana tan especial, nosotros también pudimos entregar a nuestras familias aquello por lo que habíamos estado trabajando con tanto esmero. Pudimos compartir con ellos nuestra preciosa fiesta de navidad, donde todos nos sentirnos muy recompensados al ver que todos nuestros esfuerzos para recordar nuestras canciones y teatros navideños habían merecido mucho la pena. Compartimos con nuestras familias una fiesta preciosa que todos recordaremos.
La última semana antes de las vacaciones nos sentimos todos muy afortunados al recibir una nueva puerta de elfo junto a la que encontramos una carta y un bonito elfo de sauna que esperaba ansioso ser descubierto. Qué casualidad que coincidiendo con la llegada de la nueva puerta Wilma y Tresa habían quedado para salir a nadar. Tal y como se hace en España, Tresa había entendido que irían a disfrutar de un día en la playa o la piscina en un sitio muy cálido, pero… ¡que equivocada estaba! Wilma y el elfo de sauna la invitaban a disfrutar de un día de sauna y de baños en agua helada, ¡Helada! Al principio Tresa no lo tenía nada claro… tenía mucho miedo a pasar mucho calor en la sauna y mucho frío en el agua, pero Wilma con la ayuda de la carta, pudo enseñar a Tresa porque no tiene por qué tener miedo. Empezaron compartiendo con ella todo aquello que necesitas para un día de sauna, continuaron enseñándole un montón de canciones hermosas que nos hacen sentir un tremendo deseo de correr a disfrutar de un día de sauna. Antes de terminar Wilma y todos los niños habían convencido a Tresa de que nos merecíamos una semana de relax y diversión en la sauna antes de empezar las merecidas vacaciones de navidad.
Finalmente tuvimos una gran sorpresa de parte de Papa Noel i de todos sus elfos. El último día encontramos debajo de nuestro árbol muchos regalos de navidad para todos los niños de Vilske pudieran disfrutarlos a la vuelta de las vacaciones. Había: camiones, bicicletas, patinetes, motos… ¡Qué bonita sorpresa!
Empezamos el año nuevo con mucha ilusión y alegría, deseando continuar nuestro trabajo con amor y respeto hacia los niños y preservando estos bellos valores que la navidad nos dejó en el corazón. Esperamos pronto tener muchas cosas nuevas que contaros.

Last Christmas, the whole Vilske family were so lucky to enjoy many moments together that we have not yet been able to share with you and that we would love that you also had the luck to enjoy them.
We started by welcoming Christmas on the last Friday of November with a big party. First in the garden, all together including families, we listened to our Christmas proclamation and sang beautiful Christmas songs. Then, children and teachers continued enthusiastically our party inside, called Christmas peace, where we all began to feel the true spirit of Christmas enjoying a quiet and unhurried day where everything was designed for children to enjoy the peace and love that Christmas always brings. Everything was designed for children to enjoy the fullest peace and love that Christmas always brings us. But what the children did not know, it was that this was just the beginning and that while we were preparing for the arrival of the holidays we would be surprised with the arrival of three elf doors that would come loaded with many emotions, surprises and new things to learn.
The arrival of the first door coincided with the week in which we celebrated the independence of Finland, what luck we had that thanks to the elf who lived in our first door we were able to discover many things of our country. The elf entrusted us with a task that consisted in helping him to complete the spots that his ladybug, the national insect, had lost. To do our task, we had to answer questions related to the culture and the country such as: what are our national animals, what animal is found on our shield, what languages are spoken in Finland or what colours make up our national flag. With the little ones the answers were very funny; some of them believed that in our shield you could find a hippopotamus ... A hippopotamus! Luckily, the older ones had very clear the answers and explained to the little ones that on the shield the animal we found is a lion. But not only that, we also discovered many other things; we also discovered that in Finland we speak two official languages: Finnish and Swedish, that our flag is white and blue and that our national animal is the brown bear. Finally with the knowledge of all, we were able to help the ladybug to find the seven points that she had lost and to give a pleasant surprise to our elf.
This week we celebrate Finland's Independence Day in our kindergarten. We started raising the flag in our garden and receiving the visit of our president Sauli Niinistö and our first lady Jenni Haukio, what a great honour! With them we shared a video summary with all the photographs we take during 2018 and then rehearse our next Christmas party. Although our president and first lady were a very important jury, our children did a great job and left everyone with their mouths open.
The second week of December we were surprised with the arrival of the second elf door. In it we found a letter in which our elf invited us to discover the true spirit of Christmas, far from material gifts. He wanted everyone to learn to enjoy all those immaterial gifts that fill us emotionally, such as: giving a hug to a friend when he needs it, helping our families when they have a lot of work, feeding the animals of the forest when they have problems finding food, keeping the little ones company during the napping time or going out to sing to gladden the day of the oldest ones in our community. And we discover that these gifts not only contribute to those who receive them, they also fill the heart of those who give them.
Coinciding with this special week, we were also able to give our families what we had been working with so much effort. We were able to share with them our beautiful Christmas party, where we all felt very rewarded when we saw that all our efforts to remember our Christmas songs and theatres had been very worthwhile. We shared with our families a beautiful party that we will all remember.
The last week before holidays, we were all very lucky to receive the last elf door next to which we found a letter and a beautiful sauna elf waiting to be discovered. What a coincidence that at the same time with the arrival of the new door, Wilma and Tresa had met to go swimming. As it is done in Spain, Tresa had understood that they would go to enjoy a day at the beach or at the pool; somewhere very warm, but ... how wrong she was! Wilma and the sauna elf invited her to enjoy a sauna day and a bath in freezing water, freezing! At first Tresa was not sure... she was very afraid of being very hot in the sauna and very cold in the water, but Wilma with the help of the letter that the elf had left to her was able to teach Tresa why she did not need to be afraid. They started sharing with her everything you need for a sauna day and then they continued teaching her lot of beautiful songs that make us feel a huge desire to run to enjoy a sauna day. Before finish, Wilma and all the children had convinced Tresa that we deserved a week of relaxation and fun in the sauna before starting the well-deserved Christmas holidays.
Finally, we had a big surprise from Santa Claus and all his elves. The last day before holidays, we found under our Christmas tree many Christmas gifts for all the Vilske children that way; they could enjoy them after the holidays. There were: trucks, bicycles, scooters, motorcycles ... what a nice surprise!
We start the New Year with great enthusiasm and joy, wishing to continue our work with love and respect for children and preserving these beautiful values that Christmas left us in our hearts. We hope to have many new things to tell you soon.
